Unit has a stack washer/dryer, large rear balcony with extra seating and outdoor dining table and nice views. Home has a shared heated salt water pool surrounded by chaise lounge chairs for ultimate relaxation time. BBQ is also provided on the pool deck. Unit is within one mile to Anna Maria Island, less than 10 minutes to the Historic Cortez Fishing Village, great dining choices. Shopping and medical facilities. This lovely rental is only 5 houses from the bay where you can relax at a picnic table along the waterfront, paddleboard or kayak or throw a fishing line in the water to catch your dinner! (fishing license required) Note that this is an elevated duplex, and there are 16 steps from the ground to unit level. NO ELEVATOR. Tenant does not have use of the garage or attic spaces. NO PETS and NO SMOKING permitted in this rental. Dec 1 - Apr 30: $4800 per month/$1400 per week* // May 1- Nov 30: (Not available for rental at this time) -- *plus additional fees and taxes as detailed below. Prices shown are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised of all additional occupants and dates they will be in the unit. Rates include all utilities including WIFI. Additional charges will be departure cleaning fee ($250), Booking fee ($100.00) , Sales and Resort Taxes (12%) and Travel Insurance (if purchased at the time reservation is booked). Note that rates are subject to change without notice and reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received. NOTE: Current winter tenants have until April 15 to renew for the following year. After that date, we only accept reservations of 3 months or longer for high season months of Dec- April. After Labor Day, in units that do not have rental minimums, we will accept reservations for shorter stays during high season.
